Chevrolet Deals Ranked Monthly

Ranking November’s Deals

Due to the ongoing supply issues in manufacturing creating too few vehicles in the market, Chevrolet has backed off on its incentives, so getting a good deal will depend on choosing a dealer who wants to move inventory. The good news is you are at the right place.

Let me start this month off by promoting Costco. If you are a current Costco member – your membership had to start before September 30th – you qualify for an additional $1,000 on all but a few Chevrolet vehicles.

I hate that I have to do this but be aware of how a dealer can take advantage of the Costco incentive. Our prices are set and on our website long before you ever interact with us. That means when you tell us you are a Costco member, we give you the extra $1,000, and you go home happy. Some dealers, who do not operate on a fixed price, could change their selling price to capture additional profit. If you are working with a dealer that does not have a set price, I recommend getting a sales proposal before letting them know you are a Costco member.

We will be from a decent amount to a little below MSRP on multiple vehicles while many competitors are over MSRP by a lot. There is no catch. We are a high-volume dealer who can afford to offer a good deal because we get adequate inventory. We wrote a blog post on pricing and MSRP. Click here to read more. We want to stay at MSRP and below as long as the market or supply issues don’t deteriorate to the point we believe we have to change.

Silverado 1500 – Shop InventoryShop On Order

10 out of 10

We are offering 2021 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Bosses at up to $5,000 off MSRP. This is a ridiculously good deal compared to what is out there. For example, some dealers are charging $10,000 market adjustments on their Trail Bosses. With us, you save up to $5,000 and can save an additional $1,000 for a total of $6,000 if you are a Costco member. These things sell right when they arrive, so I suggest shopping from our On-Order page. You can reserve a vehicle that is on the way.Market Adjusted Trail Boss

Additionally, learn about the importance of moving quickly if you are interested in a Trail Boss with the Leather Package and Convenience Package II. We wrote a blog about this here. Whatever is available now with those packages may be it for the rest of the 2022 Silverado 1500 Limited due to supply constraints on the Trailer Brake controller that must come with those packages.

Tahoe and Suburban – Shop InventoryShop On Order

9 out of 10

Our Tahoe and Suburban inventory are set at $100 off plus the potential Costco $1,000. That might not sound like a lot, but some dealers ask for $15,000 market adjustments. Look at this screenshot. I won’t say which dealer it is, but you can get an idea of what to watch for.

Like everything else on this list so far, this is a good deal by relativity. See an example of a $5,000 market adjustment on HD inventory. I have heard of even larger market adjustments. Our $100 off with an option to increase it to $1,100 off with Costco is the best deal around. If you are in the market for a cab chassis, be sure to check those out. We have a tremendous supply amongst dealers with a really limited supply. Click here to learn what we wrote in August about the shortage in cab chassis. https://www.donohoochevrolet.com/blogs/3987/the-great-cab-chassis-shortage

Camaro – Shop InventoryShop On Order

8 out of 10

Chevrolet has dramatically reduced the number of Camaros they have built in the last couple of years, which is great for resale value. As a result, used Camaro prices are solid, and that helps with purchasing a new Camaro. Given the market, $250 off MSRP is a good value for a Camaro.

Colorado – Shop On Order

7 out of 10

Check out the on-order Colorados here. Unfortunately, we don’t have any units on the ground, but we have a number on order. You can order from us or shop around. As long as you don’t pay above MSRP for a Colorado, you should be ok. The Colorado holds its value well used.

Like last month, rebates are NOT very high, but inventory is meager. It is a seller’s market. The plus side is that the used market value for these is high, but no one knows if that will be transitory. Be thorough shopping for these vehicles to make sure you get the best deal available.

We expect used car prices to stay high, at least for the next few years. So with that in mind, as long as you don’t pay outrageous market-adjusted prices, you should be ok to buy right now. But, unfortunately, we know most people don’t have the luxury to wait over a year to buy their next vehicle.
